She is a winner of the New Writers Award 2023 (Scottish Book Trust). Her debut collection, \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAfterbody\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, was published by Blue Diode in 2025.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eJuana Adcock \u003c\/strong\u003eis a Mexican poet, translator, and editor based in Scotland. Her collection \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eI Sugar the Bones\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e (Out-spoken Press) was shortlisted for the Forward Prize for Best Collection 2025.
